The AANHCP is the pioneering international organization in the natural horse and hoof care movement. Our training and certification programs are recognized world wide as the best and most comprehensive. Certification is, therefore, a prestigious accomplishment. Unfortunately, there are now individuals who are no longer associated with the AANHCP, but who may be advertising or claiming certification status (CP). These persons have not fulfilled our stringent Continuing Education requirements pertaining to hoof care and/or have failed to meet the legal requirement to demonstrate competency in our rigorous Natural Trim Workshops. These shortcomings may leave significant holes in an individual's knowledge and skill. Accordingly, the AANHCP does not stand behind, recommend, or endorse their knowledge about hoof care or their competency at the hoof.
