Most horse owners who have committed themselves to natural hoof care realize the importance of using quality horse boots when riding, especially over terrain their horses are unaccustomed to. Too few well-trained, competent "booters", however, currently serve the horse-using community. The AANHCP Booting Specialist T&C Program intends to fill this void with highly trained, certified professionals.

In order to be successful at booting horses, you must know what you are doing! To insure competency in the field, the AANHCP has developed a comprehensive, systematic, hands-on training and certification program for fitting and booting horses. This program parallels the AANHCP training and certification program for Natural Hoof Care Practitioners. As a trained booting specialist, you will one day be working cooperatively with these professionals.
