OCC receives mandates from the board, sees that those mandates are implemented in the field, and generally oversees the many activities in the field that are board sanctioned. Its committee Coordinators work closely with the AANHCP board, SG Leaders, Field Instructors, Clinicians, students, supportive organizations and educational institutions, the public, the government, and the press/media. At the board's discretion, OCC conducts all AANHCP investigations and disciplinary procedures relating to field operations.
