If paying by VISA or MasterCard (MC) through our secure online non-profit merchant account accessible through the chart below, please fill out the billing information and enter the total dollar amount paid at the bottom of the form. In the “comments” box, type in the applicable payment type (dues, merchandise, classified ad, donation, etc.). When paying dues, please note the year for which they apply.
